Abstract

It was under the harsh conditions imposed by the industrial revolution that the workers ' militant consciousness took shape among the oppressed working-class groups. It was the first birth

of the trade union in Britain as a functional alternative, a strategy and a basic mechanism that can achieve social justice and balance control at the level of the labor system in order to defend the interests of workers and promote their conditions at the professional and social level, as well as protect their interests.

As a result of its active role in the organizational system, it has received international recognition on the basis that it is a fundamental right and requirement aimed at protecting the worker from exploitation and abuse, in addition to his authority to participate in the prevention and settlement of disputes and disputes at work. Trade union organization is a phenomenon that accompanied humanitarian work in the industrial sector, and a social partner adopts many strategic roles and functions that gave Trade Union Work Legal and organizational legitimacy. However, as a practice, it witnesses many challenges that have affected its effectiveness in achieving the goals, among which we find the absence of union formation, Union politicization, Union bureaucracy are all factors that have disrupted the legitimate system of Union practice.

Because the success of a trade union organization lies in its ability to adapt to the various challenges, obstacles and functional constraints it faces, it strives to build mechanisms, mechanisms and functional strategies that enable it to address these imbalances. it seeks to adapt its practices and activities to the current conditions in order to avoid falling into what is known as Union helplessness and failure.

Therefore, this research paper aims to identify the most important challenges faced by the trade union act in Algeria, as well as to identify the various mechanisms on which it is based in achieving its goals.
