Abstract

Manifestations of the absence of awareness of collective conscience and a culture of collective participation spread with manifestations of bullying by students, workers, and even with some teachers, and intolerance, in addition to the indifference to the pedagogical and administrative decisions of the department leadership in the face of the lack of self-esteem development, in contrast to the lack of organizational confidence and intentional inaction, and the withdrawal behavior that appears in the resignation of University daily life such as withdrawing from framing exams, withdrawing from meetings and deliberations, and not caring about the issues and concerns of the department, not adhering to teaching appointments; These concepts express the various negative behaviors and behaviors of the university professor, which crystallized as realistic indications resulting from a reaction to what the professor experiences within this format. This Is reflected in turn on the academic and pedagogical social actor (professor) performance and on the quality of working life within the university system.

Achieving the quality of university life is a shared responsibility, with the need to integrate the practitioners of supportive and inspiring leadership within the university administration with effective and framed faculty members subject to decisions and the leader's ability to crystallize the clear vision of faculty members and push them to achieve it through the awareness of their roles. In order to achieve the goals and reach university education to high levels. With the need to value and strengthen the mechanisms and policies that contribute to achieving positive action by promoting adaptive practices, working on self-esteem, instilling and spreading the vitality of conscience.
