The phenomenon of social alienation within the university environment constitutes one of the most significant growing challenges amidst accelerated digital transformations. These transformations have permeated all areas of social life, leading to an increased reliance on them, particularly on artificial intelligence applications, which have become essential technologies for university students in their daily and academic lives. This study seeks to investigate the impact of using artificial intelligence tools on social alienation among university students. It focuses on indicators of alienation such as isolation, diminished interaction with the social environment, peers, and the university's educational system. This situation necessitates the development of a strategy that ensures a balance between technological development, artificial intelligence technologies, and the social well-being of individuals.
