Abstract

Abstract: In the syntactic analysis of the expression in Scholars of Fiqh books, there is a remarkable presence of the term (speech act). This prampt us to ask about the concept of speech act and its relation to division of speech into a predicate and a speech act, found in grammarians and rhetoricians books, especialy when it has to do with chapters of contacts as marriage; divorce; sale... wher they speak about creation of marriage, creation of divorce, creation of sale...they also talk about the terms and forms wich either found a contract or abolish it. These forms are terms and expressions which contract actions and this overlaps with the pragmatics theory of speech or discourse actions.
