The following paper examined the topic of traditional upbringing and electronic upbringing between the present and the aspirations of the future in the form of a sociological study that monitors the blending in the patterns of upbringing community ", on the understanding that socialization is structurally shaped within the community field, To create a model of ethical behaviour and lifestyle that embodies social capital as a central criterion and source in building relationships and contributing to the construction and development of societies and technological and information development have led to new patterns of human interactions social development of individuals and groups ", which had a significant impact on the socialization of individuals and groups, Especially after the spread of social media sites that support various kinds of social interactions, which have become a form of electronic upbringing. The individual is struggling with traditional upbringing through various social institutions and with e-upbringing developments as his or her own future opinion and openness to the other. This reading constitutes an epidemiological problem between traditional and electronic upbringing to build and engineer the future society according to forward-looking mechanisms and strategies. which puts the individual before many influences may lead to dispersion in a situation where he has not developed defensive micanzimes that enable him to adapt to contradictory influences and accept other cultures, and to develop mechanisms for living according to a world with diverse visions, goals and goals, while always preserving his personality and the culture of his society.
