The Trinity of the Digital Divide in the Arab countries.

Abstract

This research paper addresses the topic of the digital divide in the Arab countries in an attempt to show its extensions to appear in the form of three levels. The first relates to the digital divide at the global level and which falls within a larger framework which is the gap between the developed and developing worlds, and the second appears among the Arab countries themselves, forming internal gaps, while The third level is related to the content divide, which is considered the most severe, in order to mentioned the features of the phenomenon and analyze it using a statistical method in which we draw the Arab technical scene to show the intensity of the digital divide, to conclude with perceptions to bridge the divide.
