Abstract

This contribution attempts to identify the deficiencies and difficulties of
reading activity in the Algerian school system, because it represents an
important aspect of educational situations, where this activity has become a
major concern in the early stages of education. . Because students who
mplain of reading difficulties represent a high percentage of common cases,
and since the ability to read can transform the difficulty of understanding it
leaving significant effects in the formulation of the learner's skills. Despite the
f the Algerian education system, a failure has been detected
among teachers as well as students in learning this activity
