Abstract

The education sector is considered the most dynamic sectors in all countries of the world, its effectiveness depends on the commitment of all the actors who live in it, in particular teachers who are responsible not only for transmitting knowledge; but also, for training citizens of tomorrow who must preserve the values and cultural standards of society. Faced with this great responsibility, the concern is to know if the climate reserved for these actors is favorable in order to carry out their mission perfectly. Our objective is to know what are the constraints that teachers find in the execution of their tasks and the repercussions of these on their state of health. After collected data by semi-directive interview guide, the content analyses demonstrated that teachers are exposed to a workload, an attack on physical and psychological health and they are at the limits of the state of depersonalization, as predicted by the model (MBI) of Maslach Cristina on professional burnout.
