Requirements for the application of electronic management in sports facilities in Algeria, a field study of sports facilities in the states of M’sila and Bordj Bou Arreridj

Abstract

The study aims to know the most important requirements that permit the successful application of electronic management in sports facilities in Algeria.

This study came to show the importance of modern technologies and their applications in the sports field, and this what is happening at the field of management and operation of sports facilities in developed countries.

The Descriptive method was used on a sample of 35 managers of sports facilities in the states of (M’sila( and (Bordj Bou Arreridj (., The sample was intentional, we used a questionnaire as a tool in this study, and we distributed the questionnaire forms to the managers of the sports facilities of the state of M’sila and Bordj Bou Arererig. The data were obtained and statistical methods were applied to get results and compare it with the hypotheses of the study. The most important results of the study indicated that the human resource and material mean in addition to the technical side are among the basic requirements that contribute to the success of the application of electronic management in sports facilities in Algeria. and among the most important recommendations: The formation of specialized managers in the use of electronic management with experience and efficiency in this field, and work to provide qualified human material resources in order to facilitate the application of electronic management in sports facilities, and try to contract agreements with leading institutions in the field of modern technology for training and transfer experience to keep progress in this field, as well as organizing exhibitions and salons to display the latest developments in the world of technology and programming in order to apply it in the sports field.
