Public services in Algeria in light of the external contact with the municipality

Abstract

Since the municipality is one of the service institutions that focus primarily on providing public services to citizens, and considering the external connection with the municipality a link between the public service and the external public, this study came to research on the topic of public services in Algeria in light of the external communication with the municipality and this is to try to know how to improve Public services through external communication with the municipality, where the study problem was centered on the main question (How does the external communication of the municipality improve the public service?) And it was answered through the main hypothesis (External communication with the municipality contributes to improving the public service by employing ads to educate citizens, And activating its relations with charitable institutions to improve social services), and to ensure the validity of this hypothesis, we have field-tested it on a sample of citizens of Al-Qanar Municipality. Uncategorized in the field data collection that was presented, analyzed and discussed in the net Its conclusion is in light of previous studies and finally reaching that improving the public service in light of external communication with the municipality is done by employing ads to educate citizens, and activating its relations with charitable institutions to improve social services, but the municipality under study still needs to develop from its ads to keep pace with changes, and activate It has good relations with charitable institutions, and this is to ensure the continuous improvement of public services.
