of its organizational role and its responsibilities towards its resources, and how it makes decisions, starting from Data collection and scrutinizing it to participating in decision-making and following it up. The result is the existence of an expression of a negative leadership style about the indications that measure the extent to which the institution is aware of its role and responsibilities, which highlights the fact that it does not realize the importance of the function of management and leadership in achieving its Aims, and we also noted the lack of interest in scientific and practical steps when making decisions and this is an indicator of centralization and the absence of participation In the management. These results have a role in knowing the nature of the climate and the organizational culture prevailing in the institution, which should be modified or changed with the objectives of the institution.
