Abstract

Since our need for the transfer of knowledge and sciences is vast; Due to our retreat and backwardness from the pace of civilization that is growing at an astonishing speed; We had to keep pace with this development with a broader and greater terminological productivity dynamism; It makes us, as Arabs, an easy-going nation, aware of its surroundings, and as productive of sciences as it was in the past. In order to secure their societies from the intellectual invasion imposed by globalization, and its negative effects. What is the way out, in your opinion, to get out of this situation in which we have mortgaged the future of our children? And what are the mechanisms that guarantee a terminological industry capable of raising the challenge and allowing the transfer of knowledge in a smooth and easy way? Did the linguistic bodies and councils that were established for this purpose fulfill the role assigned to them, or were they contested by regionalism and individualism? The answer to these questions is enough to monitor everything that might stand in the way of developing the term in general, and the linguistic term in particular, and to show the reasons behind the different translations of the same term, and to identify the problems that stand in the way of the translator during the performance of his tasks - translation - to conclude in the end: Suggesting some solutions that may be among the factors helping to reduce the phenomenon of terminology chaos. To use the descriptive method to simplify the subject; It is characterized by the mechanisms that enable the researcher to access the research minutes and its potentials.
