ISO 9001 standards for quality as an indicator of job performance- A field study of the ALFET Tiaret

The study aimed to reveal both the levels of total quality management and job performance, and to reveal all of the nature of the relationship between total quality management through the applications of ISO 9001 standards and job performance, the dimensions of ISO 9001 standards and job performance, and to verify the differences under the applications These criteria are in relation to the two variables (academic qualification, seniority) in light of a high level of job performance.
The study was applied to (140) individuals/workers. A comprehensive quality management questionnaire derived from ISO 9001 standards and specifications was used and a job performance questionnaire. Depending on the descriptive analytical approach of the study. We concluded that there are high levels for both total quality management and job performance, a statistically significant correlation relationship between them, and also a correlation relationship between the dimensions of total quality management and job performance, and we also found that there are no differences in TQM due to the two variables (academic qualification and seniority) in A high level of job performance remained among the workers of ALFET Tiaret.
