Psychological needs and their relationship to the level of ambition among university students- a field study at the University of Khemis Miliana

Abstract

The current study aimed to find out the relationship between psychological needs and the level of ambition among students of guidance and guidance at the University of Djilali Bounaama, as well as to know the level of psychological needs among students of guidance and guidance at the University of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana, and to know the level of ambition among students of guidance and guidance at the University of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana. This study is based on the descriptive analytical approach that is commensurate with the nature of the subject, and the researchers selected a sample of (120) male and female students specializing in counseling and guidance at the University of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana, and the selection was randomized   using lots, and the researchers used the psychological needs scale of the researcher Abu Dawiyah (2012).), and the level of ambition scale of the researcher Abu Latifa (2016), In this study, the researchers relied on a set of statistical methods to process the data according to the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Counseling and guidance students at Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana University, there is a direct positive correlation between psychological needs and the level of ambition.
