God created the human soul equipped with free will in its practices of bad and benevolence, immorality and righteousness, evil and good, the Almighty said: "Indeed, we guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful" Surah Al-Insan 3, and the Almighty said: "by the soul and Who shaped it, and inspired it with its sin and its piety" Surah Al-sun 7-8, and also said: "And have shown him the two ways" Surah Al-Balad 10, and since evil, immorality and aggression pose a threat to the life of the individual and society, and represent sources of psychological and social corruption, the heavenly and earthly laws agreed to find various educational, disciplinary, preventive and curative legislation that would cooperate On taming the human soul and educating it on chastity and purity and thus reducing the risks of evil impulses and their effects, hence our research paper came to show some of these legislations dealing with behavioral deviation, especially those related to assault on people's symptoms and honor. In this research paper, the descriptive analytical approach was used and reached an important conclusion that at the end of this study, we conclude that Islamic law has ensured that these crimes (adultery - slander) are surrounded by the educational measures it legislated to prevent them, to then decide penalties for the perpetrators of these crimes based on an accurate understanding of the criminal's psychology, instincts and tendencies, so as to ensure the elimination of criminal impulses in the same individual in addition to preserving the interest of society, and the articles of the Penal Code related to the crimes of adultery and slander must be reviewed. Because it has no impact in fighting these crimes on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is far from what is decided by Islamic law, which represents the identity of society.
