Abstract

between institutions, whether national or foreign, accelerates. nationally or internationally, a worker's loyalty to his or her career extends to the identity of the institution, both emotionally and psychologically, becoming his or her thinking and behaviour, His statements and actions are in the interest of achieving the objectives of the institution. Loyalty, if it is tangible evidence that the worker loves, follows and implements the instructions of work, The subject of this study aims to verify the availability of organizational loyalty to the Algerian enterprise by workers and SONLGAS task forces, which we prepare as a huge institution in terms of human capital, which is the most important resource compared to other economic resources. for a sample of 50 tyres from an indigenous community with 160 tyres, the General Directorate of Central Pole - Algeria Hassa-Ras Jinat, while the curriculum followed in this study relied on the interrelated descriptive curriculum, which is consistent with the nature of this study. After the field study has been completed at all stages, it has achieved the following results in that there is a high level of organizational loyalty in the Sonelgas frameworks in general; and that the level of male organizational loyalty is higher than that of female There is an association between seniority at work in these tyres and their high level of organizational loyalty, although there is a significant level of loyalty at all tires, there is a disparity at this level.
