Abstract

The Algerian legislator is willing to promote the national financial and banking sector to keep pace with the development of banking systems, and has initiated a change and amendment of most of the articles contained in law N° 03-11, containing the Code of Money and Loan, by Law No. 23-09, which has become called the "Monetary and Banking Code", because interest in the banking field is evident in the latter.
