Abstract

he success of the educational learning process is dependent on regarding it as a major responsibility carried by both the teacher and the educational institution. Despite the development of teaching methods, curricula, mechanisms, and tools, there is no substitute for embracing the spirit of responsibility that was evident in the past to ensure academic success. The old educational system in Algeria largely succeeded despite limited resources. Despite the traditional teaching methods, which were based on interaction and reception, the predecessors were often distinguished by their sense of responsibility and conscientiousness. Their creed was to perform their duties out of desire and love: love for education, love for success, and love for leadership. In this research paper, I can address a model I have experienced and through which I have acquired my teaching skills. I will discuss the school where I studied, which is the Sanadla School in Kherrata. This school was a leader in education and was ranked first in Bejaia Province for decades, as acknowledged by our teachers and the school principal Similarly, the Sanadla Intermediate School was also ranked first in Bejaia Province during that period. Before that, I addressed the statue of language in Algeria in general and in the Kabylie region in particular, discussing the value of Modern Standard Arabic as the main language used in
