The role of open access in valuing the results of scientific research on the web: CERIST and CREAD researchers as a model

This study is based on conducting a comparison between the first sample of researchers specialized in the field of computer media affiliated with the Research Center (CERIST) and the second sample active in the field of economics affiliated with the Research Center (CREAD), and from this a comparison is made between the policies adopted by researchers in both fields to evaluate the results of Their scientific research and the most important differences that characterize this process. The study used the descriptive and analytical method and reached a number of results, the most important of which is that: The researcher's scientific specialization criterion is the determining factor for the promotion of the results of scientific research
