Typical profile of the university language teacher

Abstract

This contribution aims to show the importance of setting up a training offer
for university teachers. Indeed, it is a question of highlighting professorial
professional competences through the presentation of a profile of competences
peculiar to the university teacher. In addition, this article presents the psychological
predispositions that would constitute the typical profile of the teacher. Two profiles are retained: the "social type", and "extraversion, intuition, feeling, judgment" better
known by the acronym ENFJ.
