Abstract

ذلك خدمة للغة العربية في علومها المختلفة. The study addressed the recording of ancient Arabic poetry and the issue of plagiarism in this poetry. I limited myself to two men of religion and literature: Ibn Hisham, author of the biography, and ibn Sallam, author of the book "Al-Tabaqat." However, when the Arabs first began recording poetry, they presented the hadith sharif and recorded them. Beginning in the second century AH, they began recording poetry in the form of books that preserved the people's poetry and language, initially serving the sciences of the Qur'an. Later, this practice served the Arabic language in its various sciences.
