This study aims to explore the level of workplace mindfulness and its relationship with professional creativity skills among a sample of 68 employees from the Railway Complex in Oran. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The mindfulness scale was organized into four key dimensions: task awareness, relational awareness, awareness of professional development, and awareness of occupational challenges. In contrast, the professional creativity scale was unidimensional, focusing on behavioral indicators such as individual initiative, creative thinking, problem identification and flexible problem-solving, as well as participation in teamwork. The research adopted a descriptive methodological approach. Findings revealed a significant positive relationship between mindfulness and professional creativity skills, along with a generally high level of awareness in professional interactions and workplace relationships- reflecting a state of psychological and social balance. Moreover, demographic variables showed statistically significant differences across both constructs.
