The impact of time management problems on academic achievement among students: A field study of university students residing at Blida 02 University

This research paper highlights the issue of time management problems and their impact on the academic achievement of resident students, within a study that combined a theoretical aspect dedicated to defining its variables and the theoretical relationship between them, and an applied aspect to study the latter in reality within a research environment that focused on a random stratified sample of the student community in the university residences of Blida 02, consisting of 84 students, relying on a descriptive approach using descriptive statistics to verify the study hypothesis, and on a closed questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was reached after analysis that the absence of planning, organization and appreciation of time's importance are the key problems hindering students
in the studied environment from managing Their time effectively, consequently leading to poor academic achievement.
The study recommended the need to spread the culture of time management among students, especially at the level of university residences, and urge students to do so, and to raise awareness of the importance of time management and motivating time investment as a strategy to promote the scientific level as a goal and goal, in addition to emphasizing that good academic achievement requires mastery of the principles and skills of time management in a way that allows university students to make the best use of their years at the university and university residence.
