The subject of the study revolves around the view of the workers of the Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj Foundation regarding the reality of the application of ergonomics in the workplace, identifying a highlight of the importance and role that the ergonomic approach plays in the process of strengthening professional alignment and achieving harmony between the workers and the circumstances surrounding them and the extent of its reflection on their comfort and their safety later, as we adopted the descriptive approach of an evaluation nature using a set of tools, including the questionnaire, which was designed by researcher and distributed to a purposive sample of 50 worker who work with the machine, as well as to a direct observation of the field of work and an interview with some money, was done Analysis of the data in the statistical package for the social sciences program (the R-test, arithmetic mean and standard deviation). After clearing the data, the study reached the fool After clearing the data, the study reached the following results:
-The Condor Foundation applies high occupational health and safety standards to the workplace
-The Condor Foundation applies an index of high-level physical conditions of workplace.
-The Condor Foundation implements a high-level workplace design and organization index.
