Abstract

This study aimed this study was to assess the quality of the educational process among teachers with diabetes. In order to achieve this, workers in educational institutions in the State of Msila have relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum and on a randomly selected sample of 60 teachers and teachers with diabetes of both sexes from the educational levels (primary, intermediate, secondary), aged between 30 and 55, with an estimated duration of two to 15 years. Data collected by Lekert resolution form selected one of three alternatives (yes, sometimes not), and statistical analysis of the data resulted in the exclusion of incomplete questionnaires, using the following statistical methods: Arithmetic average, iterations, percentages. Standard deviation. the Spaceman correlation coefficient, the "T" difference test, and the Anova one-way contrast test. Alpha Kronbach coefficient, Sperman-Brown equation, Getman correction, and by social science statistical package spssv22 on the following results: The degree of quality of the educational process in teachers with diabetes in the Msila State is moderate. There are statistically significant differences in the quality of the educational process in teachers with diabetes in favour of males. There are statistically significant differences in the working years of teachers with diabetes in favour of teachers with years of work in excess of 15 years.
