The teacher’s level of pedagogical effectiveness through the ministerial training program in light of the Total quality standards

The study aims to find out the level of educational effectiveness of teachers through the Ministerial Training Program, Training centers in each of the following cities (Messila, Setif, Bordj Bou Arreridj) for the 2018/2019 academic season, this study addressed the problem of the quality of the training program's outputs represented in the level of educational effectiveness for teachers. Which is the product of the interaction between the three poles of the Didactic Triangle (the former teacher, the component professor and the formative program), Where we used the descriptive approach, it is divided into three main axes that represent personal, academic, professional and socio-relational skills and abilities. This scale was applied to a sample of 235 male and female teachers out of a total of 520 male and female teachers.
Where the sample was randomly selected, by using a set of appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained:
- The level of acquiring personal skills and abilities through the training program is high.
- The level of acquiring professional academic skills and capabilities through the training program is high.
- The level of acquiring skills and social relational capabilities through the training program is very high.
In light of these results, the study concluded with a set of suggestions:
- The need to improve the educational effectiveness of the teacher in order to perform the quality expected of him.
- The teacher does not judge the quality of the outputs of the formative programs only, but rather requires studying everything related to the effectiveness of the teacher's performance.
