Faculty Member's Social and Interpersonal Competencies Through Flieshman Job Analysis Questionaire (F- JAS2).

This study aims at determining the social and interpersonal competencies of a professor and identifying the most important ones for her. Thirty (30) Professors from Larbi Ben Mhidi and Kasdi Merbah universities were chosen to represent the sample of this study. Those teachers have an experience of at least 10 years. Fleishman's survey of the social and interpersonal competencies (Fleishman Job Analysis Survey (F-JAS2) was adopted in collecting data. This research proved the presence of high indicators of internal
coherence between the efficiencies and the total degree. The Arabized survey have a high reliability, also it received high persistence because the split-half coefficient is (0.953) and cronbach's alpha is (0,984).This study resulted in the following: Besides, the general social feature of a university teacher was formed from 20 social and interpersonal competencies according to fleishman's survey.
Thus In light of these results some suggestions inspired from this kind of researches in our society have been proposed
