Abstract

The issue of the sexual exploitation of children online is a concernthat threatens communities, and one of the criminal phenomena that children have experienced, which has grown exponents in recent years; This requires all efforts from (family, school, media, organizations, legislation, etc.) to address this cross-border phenomenon that threatens children's lives and risks them from sexual exploitation and Exposure to pornography under good empowerment of new media technologies, plus the parents’ unease about the new entrants who entered their homes without permission and other family values, with many parents resigned to their children’s insistence that they acquire or use these new technologies, often in conflict with their age and religion Even their habits make them vulnerable, including sexual exploitation.

In view of the seriousness of this situation, when using an application, we mustbe aware of this phenomenon, which reveals figures and statistics that most forms of violence against children take the form of sexuality, whether people who know them or complete strangers.

Based on what was said earlier ,we have tried in this paper to diagnose the phenomenon of sexual exploitation of children through new media technologies, By identifying the forms and methods of sexual exploitation to which a child can be exposed while using technology applications, and by identifying the scale of the problem in order to seek ways to protect our children from the risk of exploitation, whether it be raising-awarness or parental control, and even technical and legal protection that will enable them to use securely New media technologies .
