The relationship between the availability of quality assurance requirements and improving the administrative performance of the members of the academic administrative body at the University of Mohamed Lamine Debaghin Setif 2

This study aimed to know the nature of the relationship between the availability of quality assurance requirements and the improvement of the administrative performance of the members of the administrative body at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine Setif 2 from their point of view, and the relational descriptive approach was used and the study community consisted of all members of the academic administrative body working at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine - Setif 2. For the academic year (2019/2020), their number was (56). While an intentional sample consisting of (45) members of the academic administrative body at the University of Setif (2) is selected for the academic year (2019/2020), two questionnaires were designed, the first measuring quality assurance requirements in higher education institutions consisting of (39) items divided into four axes. (Continuous improvement, commitment to providing value to clients, attention to human resources, collective participation), and the second component of (19) items that measure administrative performance and to process study data, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. The results of the study showed that there is a significant correlation between both the availability of quality assurance requirements and the improvement of the administrative performance of the members of the academic administrative body at the University of Setif 02 - The presence of a medium correlation between continuous improvement as a requirement for quality assurance and improvement in administrative performance - the presence of a moderate correlation between each commitment to providing value to customers and improving administrative performance . There is a significant correlation between interest in human resources and improving administrative performance. There is a moderate correlation between collective participation and improved management performance
