Abstract

This research paper aims to highlight the important role played by incentives in their general form, especially the material part related to wages, bonuses and material grants in strengthening and enhancing the organizational culture of workers, represented in the positive work values centered in this research in the following dimensions: Cooperation between work members, discipline of duties, time, belonging and loyalty towards the institution, and our applied study came in the form of a socio-social approach, and the practical side of the research was used using the descriptive approach and this is due to its suitability for such as These exploratory studies are also considered one of the most important analytical and interpretive methods for the results of field research, which scientifically lead to facts for certain situations, and the field of study was chosen for a branch of the Telecommunications Corporation in the state of Djelfa due to its suitability and suitability for the subject of research, as this institution is characterized by a set of various moral and material incentives.

In our selection of the target research sample, we have been relying on the choice of a comprehensive inventory method to study the research community due to its small and limited census, where the total number of respondents all 36 people, and in our collection of data and information, the questionnaire tool was used as a single and exclusive means of collecting data and data indicating the study, and a number of important results have been reached, which are the importance of material incentives represented in wages and bonuses and their relationship to positive work values represented in loyalty, belonging, bearing burdens and responsibilities and adhering to the principles and values of The institution, therefore, the stronger and satisfactory the material motivation for workers, the more reincarnated and integrated with the organization's organizational values and organizational culture.
