Abstract

The aim of the present study is to detect the level of job empowerment by applying it to a sample of pre-employment contract workers who are professionally integrated into some educational institutions in the city of M4sila. The number of research samples has reached 160 workers and workers، selected in a random manner through the application of a questionnaire built according to the functional empowerment variable in its different dimensions، namely، workers' competence - participation of employees - delegation of authority.

As for the curriculum of the study، we used the analytical descriptive curriculum. We collected the data of the study through its sample. We then analyzed the data using a social science statistical packaging programme (SPSS)، using the following statistical methods: Pearson coefficient، Alpha Chrombach coefficient، Kulmogrove Smirnov test and Shpiro Wilk test، Chroscal and Walise test.

Our study has yielded the following results:

- The level of employment empowerment of professional pre-employment contract workers (holders of certificates) ranging from high to very high.

- Statistically significant differences in the level of employment empowerment among pre-employment contract workers (certificate holders) who are professionally integrated depending on the sex variable and the male's interest.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the job empowerment grade averages of pre-employment contract workers (certificate holders) who are professionally integrated due to the variable experience.

The research therefore recommended the need to broaden the culture of the philosophy of job empowerment and create a working environment aimed at achieving stability and job satisfaction.
