It must first be acknowledged that, while activating the relationship between education and art may be difficult to implement and conduct, it is not impossible. Indeed, today it is a pressing matter. This is due to the school's need, more than ever, to update its approaches and seek out interactive, collaborative relationships with diverse fields of knowledge, which appear to be outside the framework of education but are, in fact, at the heart of the educational process. This is also due to the teacher's own need to renew his or her professional practices.
Here, the artistic field presents itself as the ideal model for activating the relationship between education and art, given the breadth of art's scope and its ability to accommodate various learning outcomes in academic subjects and possible activation techniques.
Our research paper falls within this interactive framework between education and art. We have chosen to focus on the impact of theater in general, and dramatic games in particular, and their role in educating learners about life skills in their social dimensions. This research paper falls within two axes of interaction between art and education: the educational pedagogical level and the social developmental level.
