The current study aims to identify the factors and causes of illegal migration from the perspectives of social and psychological specialists. The sample is from the University of Algiers 2. To verify the study's objectives, we used a descriptive and analytical approach, considering its suitability for the topic of our study. We also analyzed the phenomenon from a psychological and social perspective, in addition to identifying the factors that young people see as a strong motivator for risking their lives. We used two questionnaires as data collection tools: the first for psychologists and social workers, and the second for young people who prefer the idea of immigration to remaining in the country. The study was conducted in the field on a sample of professors, consisting of 15 professors from both specialties and 20 young people of various age groups. To test this study, we relied on a statistical tool consisting of percentages, ultimately analyzing and interpreting the results.
