Abstract

Psychological treatment includes the use of various means and techniques to reach the individual to mental health and reduce the severity of the disorders he suffers from, and since we are in an era in which all things have accelerated and the intensity of life pressures has increased, as many individuals lose their inability to balance, and their feelings of disturbance, which often What leads to a mental and physical effect as a reaction to the stressful events they are exposed to, and from it we find that the psychologically disturbed seeks to search for a quick treatment in effectiveness and duration.

 

      For this reason, a new movement has emerged in psychological treatments known as “Thérapies Brefs” as the technique of desensitization and reprocessing with eye movements (EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and relaxation of all kinds..., and the latter is considered effective in relieving psychological stresses resulting from various life stresses,  in order to ensure mental and physical health. Through this public offering, the current study seeks to achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn about the relaxation technique, its history, its objectives and types.
  • Knowing the general principles for the success of this treatment technique
  • Addressing relaxation therapy procedures, leading to the application of relaxation techniques.
