Abstract

The Internet and its increasing use, especially by children, has contributed to the increase in crimes of moral corruption against children in various forms, such as the crime of exposing children to deviation via the Internet, the crime of displaying pornographic images to children using the Internet, inciting children to immorality and debauchery via the Internet…

This significant increase has sounded the alarm in all countries around the world, which have rushed to intervene to curb its occurrence by enacting specific legislation criminalizing these acts and prescribing appropriate penalties that achieve both general and specific deterrence.

In this article, we will examine the nature of these crimes to determine their true nature, and then examine the position of national legislation in various countries on these crimes
