Abstract

Crises are one of the most notable exceptional situations in which all corruption offences are unparalleled due to the unusual spending it causes the public finances accompanied by the laxity of the state and its formal and informal agencies oversight and accountability on one hand, and the presence of people who are always ready for Exploitation of this crisis fo personal benefits on the other hand is why special attention should be paid to combatting the crises itself The crimes of corruption that can be committed on the occasion of crises must never be seen as an unnecessary luxury, but it must be sure that this is an imperative that must Be dealt with as it is Addressing the crisis as to eliminate and not bring another one to added to the original crisis.
