Abstract

This study aims to explain the legal tools for applying the principle of
transparency in confronting the phenomenon of administrative corruption in the
United Arab Emirates, by identifying the efforts undertaken by the state to
corruption. We divided the study into two requirements. combat administrative The first requirement is the legal tools dedicated to implementing the principle
of transparency. In this requirement, we mentioned the legislation that the
Emirati legislator has enacted to combat administrative corruption, in addition
to the agreements that the Emirati legislator has joined to reduce the
phenomenon of administrative corruption. The second research was devoted to
studying the tools that guarantee respect for the application of the principle of
transparency, by mentioning the agencies responsible for applying the principle
of transparency, and the efforts of the Federal Supreme Court to combat
corruption. This study concluded that the United Arab Emirates ranks first in the
Arab world to combat corruption, and that it is one of the first countries to work
on issuing legal legislation and joining international agreements that combat the
phenomenon of administrative corruption
