Abstract

Administrative corruption is one of the dangerous phenomena that many countries seek to get rid of or reduce this phenomenon, so electronic management has become an imperative necessity that must be sought to be applied in every modern country because of its advantages, especially in the field of public utilities, and the various services it provides, as well as achieving transparency in management and combating administrative corruption. Based on that, this study tries to identify the concept and causes of administrative corruption, and to address the concept, importance and objectives of electronic administration, and to identify the requirements and effects of the application of electronic administration, and its role in addressing and reducing administrative corruption, by dividing the study plan into two axes, where we address in the first of them administrative corruption as an obstacle to the provision of public service, and in the second axis: electronic administration as a mechanism to reduce administrative corruption
