Abstract

Administrative corruption has become a phenomenon in all countries of the world, eroding its administrative organs and infecting its institutions with impotence and paralysis, rendering them incapable of carrying out the tasks entrusted to them and unable to provide services to citizens in a way that fully achieves the public interest, which is why it was necessary to seek measures and mechanisms that limit its spread and eliminate it.Perhaps the interest in the moral aspect of the public official through the moralization of public administration can play an important role in the fight against administrative corruption, by embodying the fundamental principles of ethics such as the integrity, transparency, responsibility and objectivity, ethics must be embedded in the conscience of employees who watch over public administration by educating and training them, promoting moral values internally and monitoring the extent of its commitment to it on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is necessary to activate and embody charters of ethics in public administration and the implementation of modern methods of public management such as the electronic administration
