Abstract

In-service training is one of the most important trends in preparing workers in the administrative field to raise their productive efficiency, yet it does not, in any way, meet the requirements for the continuation of their competencies throughout the work in the field of sports.Where the study aimed to reveal the training elements for the development of administrative creativity skills for the employees of the sports administration according to the following axes: (brainstorming skill, mind map and dialogue skill),This study also sought to determine whether the variables (job title - educational qualification - years of experience) cause statistically significant differences between the average answers of the sample, and to identify the requirements of administrative training in the Algerian sports management, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its suitability to the subject of the study. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (120) employees in the headquarters of the Directorates of Youth and Sports in the wilayats (Msila, Djelfa, Biskra, Laghouat). A questionnaire consisting of 41 items was distributed to them, divided into three axes: the axis of brainstorming, the mental map, and creativity in dialogue.
