The Commitment to Ensure Tourist Safety in the Contracts of Tourism

Abstract

Tourism currently constitutes a social and economic phenomenon and is considered as the main pillar on witch the national economy is based, the services provided by the law are represented by the agencies of tourism and travel, so they organize trips, whether individual or collective, under a contract between the parties to satisfy but we find that the nature of the commitment of theses agencies to tourists varies from a commitment to careful attention and commitment to achieve a result.  Accordingly, the Algerian tourist agencies still suffer from obstacles and difficulties in the demand for their tourist services. Therefore, they bear the civil responsibility for repressing the damage caused to tourists by providing maximum protection and security.
