Reduction of Criminalization and Punishment in Contemporary Criminal Policy

Abstract

Traditional criminal policy used to criminalize any act that violates the law and and punishes all violators as a result of the state’s right to punishment and the maintenance of public order , although this is the first view of the goal behind the legal base , however, societies did not remain as they were , the development of the society scientifically ,and culturally also develops criminally ,and in return for the attempt of the competent authorities to enumerate all the traditional and modern criminal acts and found themselves faced with a new matter concerning the large number of legal texts that include criminalization and punishment that may be impossible even specialists in the field, regardless of as a result private individuals have tended to seek new legal solutions, including summary procedures to end the public prosecution and on the other hand to limit some of the criminalization and punishment of certain acts . Reducing the criminalization and punishment of legal means to alleviate the criminal justice crisis includes the cessation of the criminalization of all acts contrary to the law and the interference of the criminal legislator in all acts.
