Abstract

Abstract: The Iraqi constitution of 2005 has a role in promoting privacy as well as the Iraqi Penal Code, where it contains many legal provisions that criminalized espionage on the privacy of others. It also dealt with the criminalization of disclosure of the secret of others and considered it prejudicial to that privacy protected by the constitution with negative effects, And then eliminate them in order to keep the privacy of individuals in the right place and without anything destabilize and keep them away from the correct stability, which strengthens the matter and strengthens the confidence among members of society, especially in the commercial center, and the relationship of personnel with the employees of government departments in connection with the payment of tax in the country.
