Abstract

This study aims to identify the meaning of corporate governance as this term has been very popular lately, which has raised many questions about the legal basis on which this concept can be constructed. These foundations allow the creation of a legal theory to ensure the proper application of this governance, especially in the joint stock company, which plays a major role in economic growth.
