Abstract

The contract of entrepreneurship imposes many obligations on the contractor, the most important of which remain the following; to match the work carried out with the norms established in the contract and the insurance that no defects are neither in the building nor in the materials used in the construction. Thus, the Algerian legislator has established rules in both the civil and in the planning and urban codes in order (Art 554-570), to oblige the contractor to be guarantor of any defect that may occur after the delivery and for a given period.
