Abstract

Modern scientific and technological development in society has contributed to the development of crime methods, And the emergence of types of crimes characterized by gravity and widespread, the traditional method of research and investigation has become very difficult to prove and unable to deal with these crimes, making it difficult to reach the perpetrators, and in order to be able to combat and eliminate them. The Algerian legislator had to up with the development of modern methods, especially in research and investigations to counter the spread of these crimes. Among these methods is the leakage process, which is characterized by a special nature.
