Abstract

The electronic bill of lading is considered as one of the most important means used to facilitate the international transport of goods by sea, as well as one of the most important alternative to paper documents, and therefore many countries and international organizations have sought to organize this document in accordance with its credit and evidentive nature , and aimed at providing solutions to conflicts of laws.
