Abstract

A marriage can become impossible, the only solution is to resort to divorce, the end of conjugal life, divorce with effects, custody, alimony. Without a doubt that women suffer a lot during the running of the Court Many couples give up their responsibilities to their children after divorce, and allow their husbands to provide living expenses, but never give up their responsibilities. vulnerable to the need. These issues were prompted by the legislator in many countries, and the most important of these experiences is the Tunisian and Egyptian, Palestinian and Bahraini experience, add to the realization of Morocco in the new code of personal status. Through this research, we will be presenting the objectives of the Fund and the resources of restructuring and financing and the mechanisms of action, according to what is mentioned in the different Arab and Western legislation.
