Abstract

The arbitration system faces many practical problems, either before or after the start of the conflict, and until the award of arbitration, can lead to the emptying of the contents and to failure, which necessitates the intervention of the national judiciary to deter it through assistance to supplement the will of the parties or lift the embarrassment of the formation of the arbitral tribunal or other matters stipulated by the provisions of the law or surveillance on the occasion of application for recognition and enforcement or during In fact, the judge intervenes in these functions Must take into account some of the controls and limits prescribed by the legislature in the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure.
