Abstract

Al-la’an is considered to be one of the ways of disengaging the marital relationship between the spouses, and what is derived from the provisions of the covenants of the children and their right to inheritance. Despite the importance of this sensitive subject, the Algerian legislator did not address it in the current text of the Algerian family law, which should be included in various provisions in the case of the amendment of the current text in the future.
